RETURN OF PRODUCTS

 Upon receipt of your order, you must check that the products correspond to your order and, if not, inform us by phone at 2105152576, or by fax 210-5145974, or by email info@bertolucci.com.gr about these observations on the same day or at the latest within the next working day from receipt of the order.

In cases where the product sent to the customer does not correspond to the product ordered (error in receiving the order, in pricing, in shipping, defect, etc.), the customer has the right to return the product on the same or the next business day of delivery. The product must be in excellent condition, unused and its packaging intact, i.e. without being unsealed or tampered with. In these cases, the store will bear the shipping costs for returning the product to its headquarters as well as the shipping costs for replacing the product.

The company is responsible for the existence of any actual defects and the lack of agreed properties of the products in accordance with articles 534 et seq. of the Civil Code. We inform you that only products that are unsuitable for wearing are considered defective and in no case are products that deviate from the photos posted on our website, due to expected variations during the taking and posting of the photos.

CHANGES

In case the customer wishes to exchange the product for another product, due to unsuitable size or design, they must inform the company about the change, by phone at 210-5152576 or by email at info@bertolucci.com.gr.

The period for making changes is up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the package. The company will consider the request according to the availability of products that will concern the same season.

The cost of changes for both packages is borne by the customer, therefore they can choose another courier company, always in consultation with our company.

The customer can choose the courier company we work with, ACS, with a total cost for both packages of €5.99. After informing us of the change by phone at 210-5152576 or by email at info@bertolucci.com.gr, the new delivery and receipt of the old package will take place at the same time by the courier.

Changes can also be made in our stores, outside of Franchise, at no cost and upon presentation of proof of purchase.

During a sale period, changes will be made based on the current price of the products.

In the event that the product for which the return is requested was purchased with a discount or with an offer, the exchange will only be made with products that are respectively on discount or offer.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

"The customer has the right to request withdrawal from the sales contract, at a distance, in accordance with the specific provisions of articles 3 et seq. of Law 2251/1994 as amended and in force."

The withdrawal period expires within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt without giving any explanation.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, for a distance contract, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) before the withdrawal period expires.

You must send the goods back to the address Lenorman 254, 10443, Kolonos, in any case within 14 calendar days from the day you informed us that you are withdrawing from this contract. The packaging inside must also include the withdrawal form with all the details completed.

The customer will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the products, so they may choose another courier company besides ACS.

In case of withdrawal, the product packaging must not have been tampered with and must be in its original (factory) condition and the products must not have been used, otherwise the customer will be responsible for any reduction in their value.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all the money we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (excluding the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), within 14 calendar days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal.

We are entitled to delay the refund until the business receives back the products or a proof of their shipment.

We will carry out the above refund using a bank deposit into an account that you must indicate in the withdrawal statement.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
