At Bertolucci, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. Below you will find all the information on how to proceed with a product exchange or exercise your right of withdrawal.

1. RETURN OF PRODUCTS (WRONG OR DEFECTIVE)

Upon receiving your order, you must check that the products correspond to your order. In case of a company error (wrong code, defect, etc.), please inform us on the same day or at the latest on the next working day at +30 210 5246634 or via email at info@bertolucci.com.gr.

In these cases, the company fully undertakes the costs of return and replacement. The product must be unused and its packaging intact.

2. EXCHANGES (SIZE OR DESIGN)

In case you wish to exchange a product due to an unsuitable size or design, the following apply:

• Notification: You must first inform us by phone at +30 210 5246634 or via email at info@bertolucci.com.gr.
• Deadline: The period during which exchanges can be made is up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the parcel.
• Commercial Season: Product exchanges are carried out with items belonging to the same commercial season (e.g., winter items for winter items).
• Product Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by all original packaging materials (tags, protectors, etc.).
• Free Exchange Procedure: * The first exchange is FREE of charge.
  • For the free exchange, you send the product back to our headquarters exclusively with the partner courier company ACS, stating "recipient charge" (χρέωση παραλήπτη).
  • As soon as we receive your parcel, we proceed with sending the new product.
• Subsequent Exchanges: For every subsequent exchange (after the first one), the shipping cost is fully borne by the customer.
• Physical Stores: Exchanges are also made free of charge at our physical stores (excluding Franchise) upon presentation of the purchase receipt.
• OUTLET Products: Exchanges on products from the OUTLET category are made ONLY with other products from the OUTLET category.
• Sales Period: During sales periods, exchanges are carried out based on the current price of the products at the time of the exchange.

3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (REFUND)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days from the day you received the product, without giving any explanation.

• Procedure: Inform us by phone at +30 210 5246634 or via email at info@bertolucci.com.gr.
• Product Return: You must send the products back to our headquarters (28is Oktovriou 9, 10432, Athens, Greece) within 14 days from the withdrawal declaration.
• Shipping Costs: In the case of withdrawal, the direct cost of returning the products is borne by you. You can use any shipping company you wish.
• Condition: The product must be in its original (factory) condition and the packaging must not be breached.
• Refund Method:
• Card Payment: The refund is made automatically to the card with which the purchase was made.
• Cash on Delivery: The refund is made only via bank transfer. You must state your IBAN, Bank, and beneficiary name in the Withdrawal Form.
• Timeframe: The refund is completed within 14 days from the receipt of the products by the company.
